Returns and Exchanges

At Dear Prudence your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below:

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.

• The jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be returned.

  Non Returnable Items

  For hygiene and product integrity, we cannot accept returns on:

• Earrings

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Clearance or final-sale products

  Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed within 15 days for equal or greater value items (price difference must be covered by customer).

• Items must meet all return eligibility conditions.

  Refunds

  Once we receive and inspect your item:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days to process depending on your bank.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Cost

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
